HomePlan

We're committed to delivering a fair deal for customers and pride ourselves on providing quality homes and services. 

During routine appointments like safety checks, repair visits, home visits and phone calls we’ll check in with you to see how things are going. We may check your property for damp and mould, speak to you about any concerns or support you may need or check your household details are up to date.

If we don’t visit you for a routine appointment or haven’t heard from you in a while, we’ll arrange a HomePlan® visit. This is a way of strengthening our relationship and provides an opportunity for us to see how things are going with you and your family and to the look at the condition of your home.
