Dealing with condensation and the removal of mould growth

The moisture created by condensation in your property is one of leading causes of mould growth in homes.

What is condensation? Water is always in the air but can’t be seen because it’s in vapour form. Condensation occurs when the water vapour in the air comes into contact with something cool. When air gets cool it can no longer hold the water vapour, so the vapour turns back into a liquid.

You need to adequately ventilate your home and clean any mould that may appear as a result of condensation.

We are often asked how this can be done.

Our leaflet contains advice about dealing with condensation. and this short video clip, produced by our operatives, shows you just how straightforward it is to tackle any mould growth.
