Anne Bijum (she/her)

Assistant Director, Customer

Anne began her journey in the housing sector as a housing officer in 1998 and has been Assistant Director, Customer at Thrive since 2018. She is responsible for managing housing and estates services as well as customer onboarding, engagement and experience. 

In her role, Anne makes sure Thrive's customers are treated fairly, with respect, and that they receive a good standard of service. She is responsible for ensuring the business remains compliant with the Government’s Consumer Standards and the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaints Handling Code.
