Meet your Customer Relations Team
The Customer Relations team is made up of two teams – Neighbourhood and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) & Sustainment. We look after most matters relating to your tenancy, and both teams work closely with partner agencies such as the police, local authorities, and support providers as well as Thrive’s internal teams.

Sara - Anti-Social Behaviour & Sustainment Officer

Trinder - Anti-Social Behaviour & Sustainment Officer
I originally joined Thrive in 2013. Having covered some tough inner city estate roles over the course of my career in Housing, I consider my role at Thrive one of the most rewarding. Dealing with some of our most vulnerable customers on a daily basis, I take great pleasure knowing I am making a positive impact to the lives of those that I come in contact with.
