James has worked in housing for more than 20 years and is responsible for making sure Thrive is compliant with the Safety and Quality Standard. This involves maintaining our properties, which includes the delivery of everyday repairs through our in-house repairs service, THS. He also manages the preparation of homes for reletting after the end of a tenancy, and the planning and delivery of major works.
James is also responsible for our strategic response to Environment, Social & Governance (ESG). This involves managing preparations for Thrive to meet our strategic commitment of reaching an energy efficiency rating of EPC-C and Net Zero Carbon.
