Having originally trained with Price Waterhouse, Stephen has followed a varied career in finance, initially in the commercial world with finance roles including at Total UK and in private equity. More recent experience has been within the Social Housing Sector with senior finance roles at Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing. Before joining Thrive Homes, he was Chief Financial Officer at the Shaw Trust – a social purpose organisation challenging inequality and breaking down barriers to enable social mobility.
