We understand that some of our customers would like Thrive to be able to discuss matters relating to their account with another member of the family, a close friend or relative.  If you are a current customer of Thrive, you can use this request process to give Thrive permission to talk to another person/s of your choosing.

By completing this request your are giving Thrive consent to disclose information that is protected under the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation.
