At the heart of Thrive Homes is the provision of social housing; homes available for social and affordable rent through the Housing Register.
Most of our homes are in and around Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire. To register and search for most of our available properties you'll need to contact your local authority to complete an application form to be placed on the Housing Register.

Just so you're aware, most applications must be completed online. Many local authorities, including Three Rivers District Council, do not accept paper applications.
All applicants - including current tenants of Thrive Homes or another Registered Social Landlord - will need to register. Once you’ve registered you’ll be sent a welcome letter explaining how to use the scheme, the housing needs band you have been placed in and a unique reference number in order to 'bid' for a property.

We occasionally have a limited number of homes that we can directly let to people with a specific housing need (i.e. sheltered accommodation) or that have already been advertised by the local council but are proving more difficult to let. When available, we list these homes on our website.
