Who do I contact if my door entry system is not working?
You can still contact us in your usual way if your door entry system is not working. Simply:

How long will it take for my door entry system to be fixed?
Most of our properties door entry systems are old now and require specialist parts and engineers to fix. This means it can sometimes take a little longer to repair.
We aim to have your door entry system repaired within 4 to 20 days; this can be dependent on the parts needed being available so may vary. For newly installed systems we expect many issues to be fixed within the repair appointment.

How will the postman and deliveries access my flat?
The majority of our door entry systems have trade buttons which can be used to access the block between set times.
Outside of those times, and in blocks with no trade buttons, postal workers and delivery drivers will need to use the intercom system to be granted access.

How can I request another fob?
You will receive 3 fobs on installation of the system, but if you need to you can request a replacement fob at any time by contacting us in the usual way

Please note that replacement fobs are chargeable and cost between £20-£30, depending on the type of fob.
