In return for completing a survey about accessing your home for repair appointments, we are giving Thrive Customer Voice members a chance to win a £50 Amazon voucher. 

Eligibility criteria:

1. The Thrive Customer Voice activity prize draw is open to all current Thrive Homes tenants, leaseholders and shared owners who are a Thrive Customer Voice member and over 18 (EIGHTEEN) years of age.

The rules:

1. There is ONE prize available. 
2. The prize draw will run until 23:59 10th Feb 2023.
3. Thrive Homes reserves the right to amend or revoke these terms at any time without notice.
4. The winner will be picked at random from those who have fulfilled the criteria detailed on this page.
5. Winners will be notified by or before 17th Feb 2023.
6. Thrive Homes will verify each winner’s activity against the terms as laid out above. Once verified, the winners will be notified and arrangements will be made for their prize to be posted to them free of charge.

Eligibility criteria:

1. The prize draw is open to Thrive Homes tenants of six months or more as of 01/04/2024

2. Between 01/04/2024 to 31/03/2025, tenants must:
i. Have kept a clear rent account with no arrears for at least 12 consecutive weeks
ii. Fully kept to the terms of their tenancy agreement
iii. Kept a tidy garden
iv. Kept no items in the communal area (where applicable) 
v. Have no anti-social behaviour issues
vi. Allowed Thrive Homes 1st time access to carry out a gas safety check
vii. Allowed Thrive Homes 1st time access to carry out a Homeplan Visit

2b. To be eligible for one of the 7 (SEVEN) £200 prizes available, tenants must have met all of the terms above AND registered on the myThrive hub by 31st March 2025. 

3. The winners will be picked at random on or thereon 01/04/2025.

4. Winners will be notified by telephone or email by 29/04/2025. We will ask for your bank account name, account number and sort code details for payment. Please note, we will never ask for any card details or for any security codes. If a winner does not respond to Thrive Homes within 14 days of being notified by Thrive Homes, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Thrive Homes shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). 5. Where the prize is made using BACS transfer, it may take up to 30 days to reach the winner's bank account.

v. Shared a copy of their most recent gas safety certificate (and electrical safety check certificate if applicable) with Thrive at: https://www.thrivehomes.org.uk/homeowner-safety-checks/ 

3. The winners will be picked at random on or thereon 01/04/2025

Winners will be notified by telephone or email by 30/04/2025 to arrange payment This may be via cheque or BACs transfer and Thrive may ask for bank account details to arrange transfer of the funds. If a winner does not respond to Thrive Homes within 14 days of being notified by Thrive Homes, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Thrive Homes shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Thrive Homes shall be entitled to select another winner.

As a way of saying thanks to customers who have taken the time to update their contact record, we will give the first 100 customers a £10 voucher.
