Rosewood Housing and Thrive Homes sign housing management deal

Thrive Homes (Thrive) and Rosewood Housing (Rosewood) have signed a contract that will see Thrive manage properties on behalf of Rosewood - a subsidiary of housing developer Inland Homes.

The first property in Amersham, Buckinghamshire was transferred to Thrive in December 2019. All properties within the Rosewood core operating area are set to come under Thrive’s management portfolio for the next five years. This partnership marks an expansion of Thrive’s already growing portfolio by adding housing and property management services as a new core service offer for the home counties-based housing association.
