Welcoming new members of our Executive Team
Thrive Homes has announced two new members of their Executive Management team: Karen Forbes-Jackson has been appointed as Corporate Services Director and Mark Farrar as Finance Director.

“With a new finance director and corporate services director in place, Thrive is continuing to grow, and these appointments ensure that Thrive is best positioned to continue to achieve our ambitions in terms of growth, customer service and creating quality affordable homes where people enjoy living.”
Filling the newly created position of Corporate Services Director, Karen Forbes-Jackson brings the ability to proactively meet business needs in a rapidly developing, customer-focused organisation. With more than 25 years of generalist HR experience at the strategic and operational level, she will ensure Thrive has the resilience, skills and ability to seamlessly adjust as it continues to grow. Prior to joining Thrive, Karen held roles with MDG (part of Premier Medical Group), Network Housing Group and Sanctuary Group.

As Thrive’s Finance Director, Mark Farrar will help develop processes to achieve business objectives, support the wider business and help set strategy for the near- and long-term. Before joining Thrive, Mark served as Head of Finance for housing association bpha. Prior to this position, he worked for Tesco PLC for 17 years, holding various financial leadership positions.
Through his experience across different sectors, Mark’s skills will compliment those of the current Leadership Team as he will be able to challenge and develop current approaches allowing Thrive to further its position as a forward-thinking l organisation in the housing sector.
