Announcing the launch of Thrive Places, providing homes for market rent

On Wednesday 3rd February, Thrive Places took ownership of 36 homes in Aylesbury and Watford. Working closely with colleagues at Thrive Homes, our sister brand will offer homes for market rent with a well-established, and trusted landlord.

Jo Barrett, Executive Director, Operations at Thrive Homes commented, “We are delighted to announce the launch of Thrive Places. As an affordable housing provider and professional landlord, we are always looking for ways to deliver good quality homes to local people.

“By providing homes for market rent, Thrive is better able to meet the requirements for all those who may otherwise have been priced out of their local housing market, yet aren’t eligible for social housing.”

Thrive is focused on increasing housing availability and affordability in one of the most expensive parts of the UK. The launch of Thrive Places is a key milestone in Thrive’s Strategic Framework and highlights our commitment to grow and provide homes where people enjoy living.
