Jackpot! Lucky Winners Take Home £200 Cash in Prize Draw

This year, 10 lucky winners took home a share of £2000 as part of our Tenant Reward Scheme.  

The news came as a big surprise to Mr Wasay who said: “It’s great timing, especially because it’s Eid today! It’s lovely to be able to celebrate with my family and get my children a little treat” 

To be in with a chance of winning, tenants need to keep to the terms of their tenancy including letting us in for safety checks, being a good neighbour and taking care of their home. Mr Wasay commented “this scheme will encourage people to keep being a good tenant and look after their property. It’s an incentive to look after things properly”. 

Those who are registered on the myThrive hub have a higher chance of winning. Jo Barrett Executive Director Operations said:  

Miss Hyde found out about the prize draw on the myThrive hub which she uses to check her rent, book repairs, and update her household information. She described the news as “very shocking but a lovely little surprise”. 

Ecstatic winner, Miss Wicks, added “you always hear of prize draws but never actually think it will be you who wins!”
