Thrive Homes is delighted to announce a partnership with five-star developer Croudace Homes to provide 32 homes for shared ownership, affordable and social rent in the picturesque village of Codicote. This is part of Croudace Homes’ larger Weavers Gate development, which will deliver 80 new homes in North Hertfordshire.
The development, situated near Hitchin between Stevenage and Welwyn, will offer a diverse mix of one- to four-bedroom homes, including properties specifically designed for wheelchair users. Thrive Homes will provide and manage 20 affordable rent homes, 11 shared ownership properties, and one social rent home, catering to a variety of housing needs in the local community.
