Customers may receive a call from Rand Associates on behalf of Thrive Homes

Every five years, we carry out a stock condition survey (SCS) to make sure our homes are well maintained and identify when upgrades such as new kitchen, bathroom, and windows will be due.

We have recently appointed Rand Associates to carry out 800 of these surveys on our behalf by the end of March 2022, and they will be in touch with customers directly if their survey is due.
