Tenants celebrate a share of £2,000!

This year, another 10 lucky winners took home a share of £2,000 as part of our Tenant Reward Scheme. Here is what some of them had to say…

Thrive Tenant Mrs Hickey said she’d heard about the scheme from neighbours which she saw advertised in one of Thrive’s printed newsletters. She was “overjoyed” by the news and said, “I never expected it to be me!”

The Tenant Reward Scheme aims to celebrate tenants who stick to the terms of their tenancy including allowing access for safety checks, being a good neighbour and looking after their home. Happy winner, Mrs Roberts said, “It’s absolutely a good way to recognise tenants, it drives good behaviour so you should shout it from the roof tops!”

Thrive is working hard to make sure they have as much information as possible about their customers to make sure services are fair and accessible for all. One of the ways they do this is by asking customers to update their customer record. In return, customers gain an extra entry to the prize draw. Anne Bijum, Assistant Director Customer said:

“Knowing who lives in our homes is really important to understand how we can shape our services. Giving customers an extra entry for this is a good way for us to say thank you for helping us understand any needs customers may have, so we can tailor our services”.

When asking about what customers would use their prize money for, Mrs Roberts said it would go towards some new garden furniture ready for the summer.

We asked Mrs Hickey how she found being a Thrive customers and she said: 

I have no complaints about Thrive, my repairs are always done on time and people on the phone are always helpful.

We’re really pleased that this scheme gives an extra boost to those customers who continue to be good neighbours and look after their homes. We look forward to drawing next year’s winners and hearing about what they will do with their winnings!
