Thrive Customer Voice shortlisted for UK Affordable Housing Awards
Thrive Homes is proud to have been shortlisted for Excellence in Community-Led Decision Making at the Affordable Housing Awards 2023.
Organised by Inside Housing magazine, the awards showcase best practices and spread learning across the social housing sector in the UK.
Thrive Customer Voice was established in 2022 to create a more effective and inclusive platform for customer feedback, which can be input into our existing customer satisfaction surveys. Within the first six months around 41% of Thrive’s customers had signed up, leading to approximately 50% after 12 months.
Departing from a traditional panel-led approach, Thrive Customer Voice has embraced a more dynamic and inclusive strategy. By engaging the diverse customer base both online and offline, Thrive ensures that all decisions truly reflect a broad range of customers’ interests and concerns.
It is a circular process – continually listening, acting and closing the loop by providing feedback on actions or changes that have taken place. Regular, consistent, and open conversations are key to the success of the Thrive Customer Voice model. You can read more about the process here.
