Thrive Homes announce new cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts

Thrive Homes is excited to announce its new cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts, starting from 1 April 2025. From this date, New Green will step in as Thrive's new cleaning service provider, while Groundscapes will be responsible for grounds maintenance.

In collaboration with members of Thrive Customer Voice, the Housing Association undertook a competitive tender process throughout 2024 to find the best providers and ensure excellent value for money. As part of the process, customers were able to share their valuable feedback on the previous cleaning and grounds maintenance services, helping Thrive to make meaningful improvements moving forward.

Thrive Homes is working closely with New Green and Groundscapes to ensure a seamless transition. Both providers have shown exceptional commitment to understanding customer needs and Thrive will continue working closely with them in the coming months to maintain service standards through regular site visits.

Anne Bijum, Thrive’s Director – Customer, said: "We are looking forward to working with New Green and Groundscapes, who have shown that they understand what is required to meet our service standards and customers’ expectations. These new contracts mark a significant step forward in improving the quality of our services, and we look forward to working closely with both providers to ensure a seamless transition and that service standards are met."

More about Thrive’s new providers:

New Green, part of Ever Brite, specialises in providing cleaning services housing associations throughout London and the South East. A representative said:

“We have worked with Thrive in a limited capacity for several years and although we are new to this contract, we are not new to the region. We will be keeping Thrive’s schemes clean and tidy at all times. We very much look forward to working with Thrive and its residents”.

Groundscapes provides a professional, year-round tailored service and all works are carried out by teams that have completed extensive training.

Both providers will visit properties in easily recognisable uniforms and vehicles and will always carry ID badges.
