Welcoming a new generation of leadership to Thrive Homes

Over the past 18 months the Board and Executive team have been on a journey to further develop our Strategic Framework, ensuring we are able to deliver our ambitions for growth whilst continuing to provide service levels that our customers and colleagues deserve. 

Central to this journey has been the desire to find a group of Assistant Directors with the focus and expertise to support all areas of the business. A group capable of running the day-to-day business, bringing fresh ideas, new ways of working, offering improved services to our customers, and maintaining an organisation of innovation.

Following a rigorous – internal and external – recruitment process, we are delighted to confirm offers have been accepted and roles appointed. We will be introducing the team over the coming weeks, so follow us on LinkedIN for the latest news.

The new Assistant Director structure is just the beginning of the further development of our business, which will accommodate future growth in line with our Strategic Framework.
